Breaking News: Jiah Khan was murdered

Jiah Khan’s mother Rabiya Khan had moved to court seeking fresh investigation to her daughter’s death case.  High Court last month has asked Mumbai police to re investigate the case and in this way Jiah Khan’s closed suicide case re-opened. The forensic report suggests the actress was murdered and then hanged to show it was a suicide case.

According to Kalina Forensic Laboratory report of August 16, fragments of human flesh were found under Jiah's fingernails. Her underwear had bloods stains, which indicates that the actress was tortured before she was pushed to death. FSL report’s finding also proved that alcohol was found in her body suggesting the actress was made to drunk so that she becomes week to defend herself and the culprit could easily hung her to death.

On June 3 this year, Jiah Khan was found hanging at her apartment when her mother and sisters were out. She was found hung from the ceiling fan of her house.  Court announced it’s final decision that the actress committed suicide due to failed career and failed love relationship but Jiah Khan’s mother Rabiya Khan throughout showed dissatisfaction on the judgement of the court and she appealed to the High Court to hand over the case to CBI. Court ordered fresh investigation to the case to Mumbai police. In a letter written to Additional Commissioner of Police (west) Vishwas Nangre Patil, Rabiya Khan has accused the police of neglecting the FSL report.

Jiah Khan was romantically linked up with Sooraj Pancholi, son of Aditya Pancholi and Zarina Wahab. Sooraj was also arrested in this suicide case but after remaining in police custody for few weeks, he was granted bail by Bombay High Court.

Jiah’s mother claimed that a close associate of her daughter has ended her life. In her petition, it is stated that a person who commits suicide would have eyes popping and tongue protruding but this was not the case with Jiah. Moreover, there were various injuries on the face and body of the actress which cannot be explained by suicide. A bruise on the left arm and another on the side of her lips suggest that she was hit before she died. Finally, no lung or brain hemorrhage was notice in Jiah as revealed by the autopsy. Such hemorrhage is expected in case of a suicide.

Rabiah alleged that the main suspect is Sooraj Pancholi who has an influential family. This family is actually managing the investigation so that the truth is never revealed and nobody is punished in connection with the death of Jiah Khan. She said that she has strong reasons to suspect that the police probe was intentionally carried out in such a way that the death was made to look like suicide rather than homicide as the medical evidence suggests. She had also demanded a CBI probe into the matter.
